Non PoE Switch powered by PoE?

Is is possible and does such a product exist where I can power a small switch (5 port) from a seperate PoE switch.

No It Cant. A Non PoE Device can not be powered by POE.

You can buy a switch that can be powered by another PoE switch, but not a non PoE device.

Sure, Dlink has some, as do most other manufacturers.
Just do a search for POE Switch you'll find several.
