My friend Taylor had a similar dress for our graduation last weekend. She isn't a big make-up wearer, and this look worked for her.
If you don't normally wear eyeliner, put a line on the top of each eye. If you do usually wear it, put it on a little heavier than usual. Put fountaion on as you usually do. I put a lil blush on my cheekbones very littly so it leaves people glancing back at you to figure out if you have it on or not. Then put mascara on once, wait about 5 minutes and put it on again. Then, cover your lids with silver shimmer eye shadow. This should all bring out the darkness of your eyes.
The best of luck!

Are you seriously wearing white shoes with black fishnets? If anything wear black shoes....NEVER wear white shoes unless you are a nurse and they make you or they are tennis shoes.
It doesn't matter that your dress has white on it, that is the focal point. If you wear white shoes you are taking that away and looking unbalanced.
The makeup should be natural. Just wear smoky eyeshadow and black mascara and some natural lip gloss.
Make sure your hair is awesome because that will draw attention to your face so that your makeup actually matters.
I really hope you follow this advice although I don't know you so I guess it doesn't matter.
Every day I pray for good fashion sense for the world! LOL

O.K. it worked for Paris Hilton (she did get sprung eary ya know...) and it worked for me. Hopefully it will work for you too...
Step 1: Begin with the eyes by lining the entire inner circumference (inner rims) of both the upper and lower eyelids with black eye pencil.
Step 2: Using a black liquid liner with a narrow pointed brush, draw a strong line across the upper lash line, allowing it to widen gradually as you reach the outer edges.
Step 3: At the midpoint of the lower lid, with the same black liquid liner, draw along the lower lash line, extending outward until the lower line meets the upper line.
Step 4: Using an oval-shaped, soft-bristled shadow brush, sweep a heather-colored powder shadow onto the crease of the eye in the shape of a crescent. Blend in a back-and-forth motion to diffuse the color.
Step 5: Highlight eyes with a silvery pearl powder shadow at the center of the eye crease, just above the irises.
Step 6: Apply black mascara to the upper and lower lashes.
Step 7: Gently pat a creamy concealer along the hollow of the under-eye area, where any darkness may occur.
Step 8: Apply a peachy-pink gel or cream blush to the apples of the cheeks with your fingers, in small circular motions.
Step 9: Finish with a sheer, moisturizing lip gloss.
This worked great for me at our last affair under similar circumstances.
Hope this helps! Have a great time!

Sounds like a wild outfit! I would ditch the white shoes, but that's just me.
How about dusting your lid with a soft silver-gray eye shadow and lining your eyes with gray eyeliner as close as you can to your eyelashes. Top it off with some mascara, blush and a pinky-nude lip gloss. Physicians Formula makes great highlighter, how about dusting it on your cheek bones for some extra glow. I hope you have fun!

Put a little bit of grey shadow on your lid. Next put some black eyeliner right above your eyelashes on your lid. Then put some pearl/sand color eyeshadow above your lid to your browbone. In your crease put some more grey shadow. Then put some black eyeliner from the outer corners of your eyes to the middle of your eye LIGHTLY! Good Luck. Sorry if this doesn't look good on you.

I think black eyeliner and mascara would look good, and maybe a dark purple or grey color eyeshadow for the smokey eye affect.

Mascara, black eyeliner, & some type of dark eyeshadow to do a smokey eye. Keep everything else simple (light colored lips) and youll look great.

Sometimes, you just need some eyeliner and lipgloss in addition to the standard foundation and powder. Maybe instead of blush, apply some glitter along your cheek bones.
