Equifax Credit Bureau: What in the hell do you have to do to speak to a real person on their 800 number?

I have tried different 800 numbers and have spent over an hour calling different times and with different numbers and I can never speak to a human. The website is the same. What do I do? What number or secret code or magic trick to I have to know???

Equifax F 866‑640‑2273 Press 30 at each prompt, ignoring message.

Stolen from gethuman.com. The 'F' is from a column labeled 'Grade'. I guess that means they don't like the customer service.

Apparently you don't have an account set up. Only clients have the need to talk to them. They handle everything else trough the mail, they have to have docmentation. Unless you have the client 800 I doubt it is possible to get to a person, not that they would help you over the telephone anyway.
