Adam Sandler's has the "Happy Madison" production company and I think at least of few of those guys are part of that too, so they can kinda be in any of the movies they want. Rob Schneider, "Hawaiian Guy", probably just does it because the Duece Bigalow franchise has kinda fallen apart:)

I think it's because the actors and Adam Sandler are easier to make movies together that way.

Why? Ask Ben Stiller or Christopher Guest. They recycle the same folks in their films and produce some truly side-splitting comedy! Pomaika'i Brown was the Hawaiian gentleman who starred alongside him in the film.

Many directors chose to work with the same actors time and time again because they appreciate them and know how to work with them and make them look good. Hollywood isn't about art its about money and why would anyone take a chance with someone who might lose them money?

Rob Schinder. Adam Sandler is loyal to his friends, he wants to share his success. It's a rare thing, it's pretty cool. I'd do the same thing.

Look at Christopher Guests, PT Anderson, or M. Night Shyamalan movies. Always the same people in there movies. Once you develop close relations in hollywood you dont need to pay them as much.

He likes working with the same people. He knows how they perform. Christopher Guest and Kevin Smith do it almost every movie.

Rob Schneider...

And I LOVE the fact that he has all these people in so many of his movies!

That and the fact that he has great music in most of his films!
