What is a good thing to do on my 13th birthday. I don't want a theme party, just something super fun!?

Nothing stupid or anything just something amazingly fun but low budget.

at my 13th party we had a strobe light in my garage with glowsticks, pizza, pop and loud music with tons of friends.
then a sleepover afterwards.

I would see if you can build a banana split about 10 feet long. Use dishes placed end to end. Invite friends over and tell them to pick out what they want for toppings on the section right in front of them.
Or have a chocolate fondue party, if you like chocolate. Tell everyone to bring their favorite fruit or item to dip.
If you're more of an outdoors person, do a hike and a picnic.

How about a pool party, or a picnic in the park? At least at the park you could do some hiking on the beautiful nature trails!

ok well on my 13th bday party we just screwed around at golf n' games it was soo much fun!! you could also go to a movie, those are always fun! umm there is also laser tag, its da bomb. andd you could just have a late night party and go on a scavenger hunt they are so much fun and they dont really cost anything! hope i helped, have fun at your party!
