Theres no possible court order that could stop from moving in with my dad too? Its not like there was a restraining order I saw him every weekend.

I don't care what her reason is I would have to be sharing a room with my little brother and who wants to do that while back from college.

Since you are 19 you should be able to do whatever you want, it's just your younger brother and sister can't do anything with your dad. What I would do before you move in with you dad though since she is saying something about a court order call or go to the court and ask them about it and see if maybe you can have it removed from your name if they say you can't live with him until it is removed. Good luck.

Demand to see the court order. It should be a matter of public record. It sounds to me she's manipulating the situation and possibly exagerating. At the age of 18, you are legally an adult, no matter what state law says. You can live anywhere and with who ever you like. If he's a registered sex offender or something like that though, I'd carefully reconsider. Why does your mother hate him so much? To the point of having him arrested if you live with him? You can't have someone arrested for living together! Not unless there's a restraining order involved.

You really need to sit down with your mother and find out exactly what's in the court order and why.
Legally, after age 18 you can do what ever you want but you really need to find out about the court order before you do anything. There has to be a reason for the court order or it would not exist.

Unless the court order MANDATES that your dad stay away from you (or you from him), then you can do anything you want at 19. Your mom might be a bit of a control freak.
If there is a court order, depending on the circumstances, you can get rid of it...but to do that, you will need a lawyer (probably).

You're an adult and can live anywhere you chose...
Now there MAY be a court order that prevents your father from having contact with you and your siblings: You'll have to find the order and read it !!

You can live anywhere you want and with whomever you chose. Try finding out from your mom why she doesn't want you living with your father, maybe she has a really valid reason.
