my friend was convicted of double murder and is doing life in prison...over 20 years now....the funny part is that sometime after the trial...years....the prosecutor filed two paternity lawsuits...one against the presiding judge, and one against the defense attorney,she had got pregnant DURING the trial of my friend....funny huh?and my friend was denied a mistrial anyway.....

You know, that's entirely possible, but without a cite to the paternity suit, I'm going to put that down to "jailhouse gossip" and say I simply don't believe it.

No. That's sad. Are you saying she was sexing up the defense counsel and the judge?
Sounds like a special proceeding should be filed to reopen the case, or at the very least, someone ought to file a complaint with the bar against the defense attorney and the prosecutor for misconduct.
Totally unethical on all their parts don't you think? A man's life hangs in the balance and they're all screwing around.
I hope the kid grows up and murders someone.
