I think he would come back to the Vikings in a heartbeat, but I don't think Childress would take him back. Wolf may not take him back either.
The Vikings seem to be destined for several years of sub-.500 seasons with the quarterback position being their biggest need, but Culpepper's career seems all-but-over as well. He didn't realize what a good thing he had with the Vikings, and the Vikings didn't realize that they needed him. Both of them made bad decisions, and unfortunately it seems clear that the Vikings at least are going to stick to their decision.
As to where Culpepper might end up, anywhere in the NFC North apart from the Vikings seem to be likely destinations. Favre will be retiring soon, and both Chicago and Detroit would love to have someone like Culpepper too.
Other possibilities could be other bottom-feeder teams like Arizona. Dallas might pick him up too, but he wouldn't last long there.

Heard this on the radio and it makes plenty of sense, the Baltimore Ravens.
1.)Steve Mcnair is there to play this year and possibly next giving Daunte a chance to learn the offense well.
2.) The young kid there, Boller (I think), is not exactly a light 'em up kind of guy.
3.) He wouldn't get pummelled as badly there because they have a solid line and decent weapons.
4.) He would just have to be good, and not great, for the team to be successful.

I have been a Dolphins fan since I was a kid,
so I wish they could afford to keep Culpepper, cuz it looks like they won't get much if anything for him this late ..... and I still believe he has several good years left in him.
I currently live in MN, so I wouldn't mind seeing him come back to Vikes, and given a chance to earn his starting position back.

I don't know if the Vikings would want to go that route, he is an aging QB, with much less mobility than he once had and it really seems that while they will not say it aloud, Vikings are in rebuilding mode.

No he will have all the same problems he had the 1st time around and now be unable to run. Why would they want him?
Doom - I'd take Kitna over Daunte.

Not a chance in hell. Minnesota doesn't want him back and even if they did Culpepper and Childress aren't exactly on the best of terms. Plus Culpepper got himself out of Minnesota, they didn't let him go... end of last season he told them "either cut me or trade me."

I'm sure He would go to any team foolish enough to give Him another contract but, His starting days are long gone.
