Her attorney is proably on retainer. People who are that 'high' on the prosperity pole don't pay attorney's 'per diem' (per incident). They pay them the big bucks and keep them on retainer. What they don't know- they will add to their numerous staff of attorney's and gofers. I had no doubt that Ms. Hilton's stay at the new digs would be limited. She made a point - that she could spend 1-2 nights. She was also trying to repair her damaged reputation to the public and press, but we are not fooled. We know the legal fame-game!

The city of Los Angeles didn't want a million dollar + lawsuit over her having a nervous breakdown. And her lawyer gets a hefty penny, I'm sure but I think everybody is acting like a bunch of jealous vultures over her. She isn't real smart or even real good looking actually, but she is glamorous and her parents enable her.

Cause she's a slut with alot of money! Paris and her lawyer paid to get her out!!! She's a celeberty and had a second well maybe more chances!

With rich people, everyone, even lawyers are useful and expendable beings that fix problems. The PH lawyer should be no different. This must have been a piece of cake to him. And of course they do not expect thanks from people like that.

I seriously doubt she even spent one night in jail.
She waltzed thru the front door, had her GlamourShot picture taken and strolled out the back door to a waiting limo and was whisked home, as she gave the finger to the rest of us thru her tinted windows.
