In Pokemon Silver/Gold there was a move deleter, so you could get rid of HMs. Is there any such thing in Pearl? If not, is there any way to overwrite HMs because some of my Pokemon know **** moves like Rock Smash that I only taught to them because I didn't have a lot of Pokemon at the time.

Go to Canalave City. Two houses or one house down from the pokecenter you will find the move deleter.
If you wondering where is the move rememberer too. He is located in Pastoria City and will make a pokemon remember a move for a heart scale.

There are two that I found one is in Canalave City (by Solaceon) it is on the left side by the bridge and by the sailor. And one is in Veilstone (by Sunny Shore) in the 5th house to the left.

the move deleter is in one of the first houses as you enter Canalave city.... probably the first.
