I looooove Norv Turner. He's an offensive genius and I think he's very underrated as a head coach. That being said, Wade Phillips and the Cowboys will have a better record this season for two reasons.
1. The Cowboys. The offensive line should get better with Leonard Davis replacing Marco Rivera at the guard spot. Romo just had a strong offseason and all the talk of the bobble...please. Get over yourself, media. Other than that, you have all the offensive cast coming back...but the the defense under Phillips should be the strong point. Since almost everyone on that side of the ball blames Parcells' scheme for their underachievements, they should either produce like crazy or just shut up.
2. The Chargers. Probably the 2nd most talented team in the league. Here's why they won't repeat that awesome record. The play in an AFC west that was already tough and only got better. Second, they play in the AFC, period. Way harder conference. And while they might have the game's best back, an entirely new coaching staff might cause problems for some of those players.
Overall, the Bolts will be a great time with a good record. Dallas will be a good/almost great team with a great record.

I would have to say the Redskins simply because they have the most pieces out of those four teams. The Redskins already have a great defense and their offense showed some promise last season. I predict the Redskins will go 7-9, Dolphins 4-12, Atlanta 3-13, and Baltimore 6-10. I believe the Redskins have the talent to do well but the fact that they have a new coach is why they will have losing record but I believe that they as all teams with new coahces have to readjust to the situation.. And also take into the fact that the Redskins are a better team than the three you have mentioned..

The chargers are most likely the favorite for this question but i think it will be the steelers and mike tomlin even though they lost a good coach in bill cowher they still have Dick LeBeau as defensive coordinator. Also the had a pretty good draft by getting Lawrence Timmons and LaMarr Woodley. Also the Schedule is not tough at all. If they win the games they should win, they will end up 11-5 or 12-4.

San Diego clearly. That team talent wise is too good for any coach to screw up. I like Phillips but the NFC East is tough and they aren't as talented as the Chargers. So Norv has best record.

Are you trying to say that Norv Turner is going to turn the chargers into a worse team? Come on, he is a great coach and there's no way the Chargers are getting worse.

cowboys. wade phillips is a players coach and that is just what they need in dallas.
the chokers are so overrated it isn't even funny, norv turner isn't very good. they will have a pretty good record.
pittsburgh will be very good under mike tomlin, but they are in a tough division. not to mention the afc
the cardinals will be the most inproved, but they won't have the best record.

It's not going to be wade Phillips cause of T.O.
It's going to be Norv turner cause he made the San Diego offense so he knows it inside out and will use it at its full potential the defense will be good but not great.

Norv Tuner. The Chargers have the best talent. If anyone says Wade Phillips then its just biased Cowboy fans. The Cowboys dont have the talent the Chargers have.

Steelers are the team with a new coach that will have the best record, Turner has the guns but not the coaching talent. Tomlin has a QB that is ready to bounce back and a supporting cast that is underrated

Gotta look at Oakland. Got almost the whole offensive coaching staff from the Falcons, so we will have a good ground game. Robert Gallery has been at camp all year long, finally being coached on how to play in the NFL, so he may show his potential. Got rid of a certain distraction. Drafted some very talented rookies. Looks good.
