Antoinette is a very beautiful, and also quite long name. It would have to be shortened to something like "Ann" or "Annie". Its a little odd that you've chosen the middle name of Marie... seeing as the name is famous from the french queen Marie Antoinette, i think you might be better of choosing a different middle name... Antoinette is lovely and all, but it probably wouldn't suit a little baby or a little girl so much.. and your daughter will have trouble spelling it until she is like 10 years old. But if its your favorite, then go for it.
Cara Elizabeth is very pretty and feminine, i like it very much. I think it would suit a little girl, as well as middle aged lady, i think its a great choice.
Carenne... well it just reminds me of Karen so much. Which is a rather not so nice, middle aged ladies name. I think the other names on here are much prettier and nice.
Carena is also gorgeous! It is so beautiful. I think it would be the best choice here, and then you could call her "Cara" for short or "Carrie" or "Reeny" which are all adorable. I think its that little more exquisite then Cara, and has a little more exotic and unique feel to it.
