I have no idea what the medical condition is, but I think that Paris Hilton gets off the hook no matter what. I believe that she should have to do time. She broke the law, now she needs to spend time in jail for it. It would do her some good.

Moneyitis? I could care less because i know she is not ill physically! Mentally?? Not sure on that one! I just do not feel as though she should be out period. I would like to know how many people you've heard of dying in jail? I have heard of plenty, in my lifetime! So, this is all bull!

Naw, she'da had reason to be skerred if they put her in the general population with the rest of the prisoners. She just didn't want to be there anymore, and since she has money comin' out her azz, VIOLA!
And I repeat ... anyone that is a FAN of hers or admires her even a little bit must be a MORON. There is no other explanation.

lol nice. but no really she had special treatment and that's not fair!
Do the crime- pay the time!
I like Paris though- she's a very sweet girl. However like her or not she disobeyed the law and is still getting special treatment and that's not okay.

I have heard rumors that it was the flu, a herpes flare-up, or that she wasn't eating because she didn't care for jailhouse food. But no one's telling at this point.
