I just saw on the home page of Yahoo Answers that it's having an update, What are they updating on?

They're finessing the new blocking feature. Their blog says they're going to be updating Tc guidelines also.

Who knows??? they are often doing that & when they do they mess it all up i think & they even admit that in so many words
