Using http://www.dictionary.com, I couldn't find a meaning for envitable. I initially read it as 'inevitable' and if this is what you actually meant, it means 'bound to happen'.

I am guessing you meant inevitable

it's spelled INevitable, and it means unavoidable, it's bound to happen and nothing can stop it.
like it's inevitable that the sun will rise in the east and set in the west

inevitable means unable to be avoided. Cut the beginning word root out and you can surmise evitable mean that it is avoidable.
