i've always liked helping people. but damn it, they dont appreciate it, and just use you. i should stop being so nice, and turn into a jerk, and hurt people--show those SOBs how it feels to be used, and hurt.

Ace, I'm a nice person and care about you and would never use you. Don't turn into a jerk we have to many we don't need anther one. Your a great guy and you don't have to be nice 24/7 treat other like you wanna be threaded and tread them like there treading you. And everyone get use everyone even me, everyone it's part of life there's good people and bad people. And don't let no body or anything change who you are.

You don't need to stop being nice. Just be more discriminating.
It does hurt to be used, and I'm sorry this happened to you. There really are a lot of good people out there. It does seems at times that only the jerks find us.

You are a jerk if you decide to change because others make you feel this way...i will never allow the bitter and twisted to phase me or change me into something worse than you are already....know this letting go of resentment will set you free...try it.

Hey I am nice to people and they use me too, but I'm not worried about people like that. You shouldn't be either, because obviously they are losers to take advantage of you.
