Close to Stark mountain, you need leaf green version on the gba slot.
If you are looking for magmanizer, bannette is the perfect pokemon to check if magby is holding it.

they are inside stark mountain but they are slightly rare to find(especially if u want the magnitizer or watever its called

inside stark mtn. wiff leafgreen inside of ur DS....they're rare though =/
