I hope I'm understanding the expression correctly, so we come up with the right answer. I'm understanding it as:
3/4 + (3 - 7/9)/(5/6)*(2/3)

First, you want to flip the 5/6 over and multiply (because it's in the denominator), so the expression becomes:
3/4 + (3 - 7/9)*(6/5)*(2/3)

Next, simplify the last two fractions: (6/5)*(2/3) = 4/5

So, we get:
3/4 + (3 - 7/9)*(4/5)

We can distribute the (4/5) between the 3 and the 7/9:
3/4 + (3)*(4/5) - (7/9)*(4/5)

Simplifying, we get:
3/4 + 12/5 - 28/45

We need a least common denominator, which is (unfortunately) 180. To make all of the denominators 180:
(3/4)*(45/45) + (12/5)*(36/36) - (28/45)*(4/4)

Multiplying the fractions out:
135/180 + 432/180 - 112/180

Then, we can just add and subtract:
455/180 = 91/36

Or if you need a mixed number:
2 19/36

I think you mean simplify this expression:
3/4 + (3-7/9) / (5/6) . 2/3 , where the "." meams multiply.
3/4 + 2 2/9 / 10/18
3/4 + 20/9*18/10
=3/4 * 4 = 3
