its the sum of perfect cube, use this formula:

a^3 + b^3 = (a + b) (a^2 - ab + b^2)

8x^3 + 27

= 2^3x^3 + 3^3

= (2x)^3 + 3^3

= (2x + 3) (4x^2 - 6x + 9)
