AgCl(s) + 2NH3(aq) ----> [Ag(NH3)2]+(aq) + Cl-(aq)

AgCl (s) + 2NH3 --> Ag(NH3)2+ + Cl-

So the product is an Ammonium Chelate...notice its 2+ overall charge found on the Silver ion.

P.S. I'm not sure but its name is Diamino Argentate

I think you will get AgOH as a precipitate, and NH4Cl left as a salt in solution.
