Well, if by "natural" you mean non-medicinal, then one of my favorites is coca-cola. The caffeine seems about as effective in treating my headaches as does aspirin. Keep in mind, however, that I'm not a big caffeine drinker (no coffee, no green tea, occasional soda) so it might have a bigger effect on me than most who are accustomed to higher doses of caffeine.

When my headache gets too bad, just resting my head on a pillow for a little bit can also provide some relief. I suspect that this is particularly true for me when the headache is induced by stress.

There must be herbs I guess. But the thing I found that relieves my headaches, is Acupressure. This is similar to Acupuncture, but without needles. The proper term is Shiatsu. For a headache. The book I have which has a range of Massage techniques is called-The Compete Book of Massage,by Clare Maxwell-Hudson. It is an english book, and has among other things a face Massage which is heavenly. I'm sure you can find similar books at your local library. Perhaps if you type in Shiatsu on your computer, you might get more info. Good Luck!

I also try the warm, wet towel to the forehead. Except when I have a migraine... then I do the cold, wet towel to the forehead.

Hope u feel better!
