Wel, they need to figure out if D-lineman Darwin Walker is going to sign with them or not. If he doesn't he goes back to the Eagles (who don't really want him anymore) & the Bills get a 6th round draft pick.

There's a handful of players that are slightly banged-up (TE Robert Royal, WR Roscoe Parrish, DT John McCargo, etc.), but nothing serious so far.

Like most other teams, the Bills are going through their offseason team activities (OTAs), also known as "practices." The Bills' O-line has gone through a big makeover, with free agents Derrick Dockery, Langston Walker and Jason Whittle finding their places.

RB Marshawn Lynch and LB Paul Posluszny are going to be counted on to start very soon in place of departed RB Willis McGahee and LB London Fletcher.

Other than the Darwin Walker saga, I haven't heard too much pro football drama coming from upstate NY so far. :) No news might be good news.
