I am a not the right person to really answer this question. The reason why is I have had a car vandalized beyond recognition without compensation. I got another car stolen, without compensation. I got my place broke into and had $1500.00 worth of stuff stolen from me, without compensation. My brother was killed by a drunk driver, it was the guys' 3rd offense and he only got 10 years, out in 8 on "good behavior" ya right. So, NO I do NOT believe in the justice system.

If you are rich and famous then it rocks, you have a get out of jail free card that your daddy supplies,or your agent, just like our system here in Britain run by crooks, enforced by crooks, and the judges well they fall asleep during trials, get it on with hookers and are into being whipped and dominated, they couldnt give 2 hoots what us the law ab iding public think or are subjected to,and as for the police,Ive been up against them in court to do with my hubby's death which they caused through blatant neglect while he was in their care, and not even a letter of condolance from them for my kids,ArrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggH I will stop now as I dont want to bore you,but in my opinion all justice systems are totally f,ucked .......

depends on what part of it you are speaking of.

laws - (which is more of our congressional system) is a great system. unfortanitly, its greatest strength is also its greatest weakness...its only as good as the peaple in charge of it. at the moment (the last 15 years, up to today), we have one of the worst we have ever had. not politically per se, but as far as approval rating and pork barrelling (the only real bi partisan act these days), its really ugly.

law enforcement - a few bad apples, but probably as good as its been for a long while if, if not ever. although there seems to be a lack of harsh punishment for the bad apples, which in return dissolves public opinion worse.

judges / court - fairly primitive and unable to withstand the growing population and vastly underfunded. public defenders are receiving unbearable caseloads, making them unable to concentrate on any one case, let alone all of them. its bogged down by its own loopholes and filled with pointless lawsuits, getting in the way of, and tainting the real cases that need to be heard.

again, its all dependent on the people running it. thats the strongest and weakest part of this country. but who would want it any other way?

It's all about $$$. Watch, William Jeffersson -D Louisiana, who took bribes of $500,000 will get full benefits and no jail time. Just like Paris (the ho) had family pay off the right people. Yeah I'm sure it was a medical condition....$$$$$$

It works perfect if you are one of the few who are rich enough to benefit from it or are allowed to manipulate it to your own ideals. If you are a regular citizen you better hope you never get caught up in it..."and justice for all..."

You asked for evaluations, and you're unlikely to love my answer. end the sufferer-think of. it extremely is a loser's suggestions-set. Chuck it or wallow in it; your decision yet settle for the consequence of that decision. it is entire BS that a newborn could ever be searched in common terms for donning a Marley blouse. blouse plus suggestions-set? could desire to be. John Wayne blouse plus suggestions-set? comparable element. It ain't the blouse. As a non secular libertarian, I agree that "victimless crime" is by no potential reason for imprisonment. yet I do comprehend that lots of those in detention center for such crimes have plea-bargained their way into lesser sentences. Ah has spoken.
