My top metal pick would be Garage Inc. by Metallica! Awesome metal with great guitar riffs and even 2 classics made current (and a heck of a good job, they totally did NOT disrespect the songs, just brought them current and edgier!) - Tueday's Gone and Turn The Page. My favorite song off that album is Whiskey In The Jar!!! It's a 2 disc set. You'll find something you like on it, I promise!
