Actually I think you mean getting caught on the Internet at work. The way you said it, you hate having people on the Internet know you are at work!
When I was working regular, I used to restrict my Internet use to before work, at lunch, and after work. But once in awhile I'd have to check my email, and maybe look something up. I kept a document I was working on handy, minimized at the bottom of the screen, and popped it up any time the door to my office opened. That got so nerve-wracking that I gave it up.
