Yes, i'd have to say. But you really shouldn't believe the whole zodiac thing. The whole concept of this sign not liking another may or may not be true based on the persons in qustion. virgos and cancers do get along well... it's true that it shouldn't be depending on the zodiac signs and that you can get along with everyone if you want to... but to a great deal, zodiac signs do matter, too... not because of the signs themselves but because of the personalities and characteristics that are associated with the signs...

my neighbour happens to be an astrologer and she says, as a rule, every second sign agrees, i.e. cancer agrees NOT with leo but well with virgo, taurus agrees NOT with gemini but well with cancer and vice versa. But you can't generalise that much since it depends on the the position of the sun in each horoscope. Whether two people get along together depends (ONLY IN ASTROLOGY) on the aspects or angles formed by the planets in each horoscope, not on the signs in general.
Whether they get along on real life depends on whether they like each other, respect each other, and on whether they have enough self confidence to relate to each other without having to get the blessing of an astrologer...
