i get this spot like the just a little smaller than a 5 cent piece and it looks like cream smells horrible and coloured like light brown- white i felt it and its all thick and discusting any ideas of what it could be?

You could have a bacterial infection or a yeast infection. Are you having any other symptoms? Like itching? Or swelling? Usually fishy smelling yellow discharge indicates an infection You need to go to a doc and antibiotics will take care of that.

The brown discharge is old blood but because of the smell, if it's like a fish this can mean an infection.
I would recommend that you let your mom know what is going on as well.

Yeast infection or Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, ghonorrhea maybe.

you may have a yeast infection - thrush. tell your doctor and describe the symptoms and they will tell you.
