And for pre-law what should I look for in I just want a minor in it?

And I want to major in dance and theater performance.

In undergraduate school you could major in dance and minor in pre-law. Then, you would go to graduate school after that to get your (I think) Masters degree. You go to graduate school if you wish to further pursue something. In your case, you might be interested in law, in which case you would have to go to graduate school -- law school :)

One doesn't usually minor in "pre-law" (which is kind of a misnomer anyway because there's no requirement that you take that kind of program before applying to law school.) For a minor, look at the criminal justice program at your intended college.

Undergraduate studies is your associate's or bachelor's degree. Masters' degrees, doctorates and other, further study after the award of a bachelor's degree is considered to be graduate studies. (Doctorates may be called post-graduate at some places.) If you're new to college, undergraduate is what you need.
