how can i make my lacrosse pocket really deep? Please help?

Put the ball on a hard surface. Put the pocket over top of the ball. Place a hand on the top of the head of the stick and a hand on the bottom of the head. Push down while rolling the ball back and forth. this will help loosen the mesh and deepen the pocket. However, make sure it doesn't get so deep that it becomes illegal! And remember, as you play with it the pocket tends to deepen too so take that into account.
