what should i wear?? HELP!?

what should i wear for my 8th grade graduation in a week? i have this long pink dress but im thinking its to formal.. any ideas??

you should wear a skirt with a really cute top!! and be sure to accessorise with the colorz and wear high heels or wedges!
jus be sure that they match with the colorz and stuff

If you're not sure if what you want to wear is too formal or not, ask your friends who are going to the graduation what they're wearing; maybe they'll give you some ideas.

If you think that your dress is fine, then go with it! It'll look great. There will probably be lots of other girls in long dresses too.

If you think the dress is too formal, you could get a fancy pleated skirt and a nice layer top. You could also get those dresses that go up to your knees that flair at the bottom, they are really cute. Bright colors are in style, so think about the color too. Nice flip-flops or short-heeled sandals are good for shoes, nothing too fancy.

Don't go for a floor length dress, that is to formal for an 8th grade graduation. U should go for a simple dress up to the knee. I recently attended my sisters 8th grade graduation and all the girls were wearing either strapless dresses or short sleeved dresses, now that we are going into summer u should wear white dress that would be cute. My sister got her dress from Macy's they have tons of dresses there, and u should also try Dillard's, forever21, and Nordstroms if u don't have a dress.
