I don't think there's been a better Super Bowl finish than the one you mentioned. Seriously, how much more dramatic can one get? I didn't care about either team, but wow, that game mattered while it was on. Great question.

Everyone seems to think that the Rams/Titans Superbowl was so great but it was not.
OK, so a tackle was made. If the guy had scored the titans would not have one the game, it would have simply gone into overtime.
The best finish to a Superbowl was Superbowl 23 Bengals/49er's. Joe Montana drove the team down almost the length of the field to through a GAME WINNING TOUCHDOWN PASS.
Superbowl 25 Bills/Giants (wide right) was a better finish that Titans/Rams.
Rams/Patriots was a better finish than Titans/Rams.
I wish everyone would stop talking about how great the Titans/Rams Superbowl was. The game would not have been over had he scored, period

The Titans and Rams the best game ever almost went into over time if it wasn't for the ram stopping Dyson at the one yard line

I **am** a Broncos fan, so I loved it when they won two in a row.
My favorite finish, though, was in 1989 when Joe Montana and the 49ers came from behind to beat the Bengals. It was one of the few close Super Bowls in a long string of blowouts during most of the 80s and 90s.

Two words.... wide right. Scott Norwood's missed 47-yard field goal attempt that would have most likely won Super Bowl XXV for the Buffalo Bills with 8 seconds left and the Bills were behind by only a single point. Here's a wikipedia link to that moment: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wide_Right_(Buffalo_Bills)

1) Adam Vinatieri's field goal at the gun to beat the Rams.
2) Montana to Taylor to beat the Bengals.
3) The tackle.

When John Elway won his first Super Bowl. That was pretty incredible. Doing it again the following year and then retiring? Even better. Can't imagine a better way to end a pro-football career! (NOT a Broncos fan here either, just thought it was a great finish)

I loved the Bears 73-0 shellacking of the Washington Redskins in 1941. That was prior to Super Bowls but it was the NFL Championship game. Anyone else remember that day?
