I have my friends who are constantly there for me & help me through everything. They act as if I could trust them with my soul, they`d never do anything awful to me & stick by me until the end. With them, I know that no matter what type of day I`m having, or what someone has said, that they`d be there to put a smile right back on my face again.

I know I am loved when my grandchildren smile at me ,when my grandchildren hug me or climb up on my lap with a look of love and trust in their eyes. When my baby granddaughter says nan ,gets excited and smiles when i walk in to the room when her mum even though its late at night gets me to a place of safety when I get phone calls "just because" then I know i am loved.And on mothers day and my birthday they tell me how much they love me but not just these days but the 100,000,1 ways they express their love throughout the year . Unfortunatly the one person who should love me does not that person is!!!!! ME.

I just look at my left-hand, that little gold band is the only reminder I need that the person who put it there loves me!

By the inexplainable acts of divinal protection that show me that there is a guardian angel watching over me that my loved ones are praying for.
Also calling them up and hearing their voice on the phone, is an instant reminder.

I look in a mirror.
What I see reflects how I feel inside and if I feel loved by the people I love, and I do, then I see a loved and beautiful person.

What a great question!
It's in all the little things my husband does for me. Let's me have the remote when we watch tv, brings me home a small gift for no reason, listens to me tell the same stupid stories over and over. He stands up for me even when he thinks I'm wrong.
sigh- look at that, you've inspired me to do something special for him tonight!

When my grandchildren give my hand a little squeeze and smile at me, or silently give me a hug out of the blue, it is lovely !!!!!
