Yes, I think so. I like a small circle of friends and I am very picky when it comes to having a "Best Friend" vs. a regular "friend".

Yes I am pretty picky when it comes to the type of people that I want as friends as I personally don't want to be associated with willfully ignorant people who like to insult others and who are rude, obnoxious, and arrogant.

It depends. It's actually about how I feel about it. If I feel comfortable with the person, I'll suggest to be friends, if not, then not.
On here, I usually pick a person whose questions I find interesting. But they are not really friends, they are just people that are in my friend list. To become my friend, I gotta get to know them.

Sometimes. If I become too picky, then I would not have a diverse "pool" of opinions when I need them. So sometimes...but not always.

What constitutes "too picky"? I decide to chum around with people who think of like I do, savor the comparable sensations, the comparable entertainment activities, the comparable literature and the comparable devotion to good eats. Male or lady, I %. acquaintances purely like me. existence is purely too short to post with stinkers!

I'm pretty easy going, I get along with most everyone, but there are certain people that I have a higher level of friendship with for certain reasons... so i guess to get to the higher level i'm a little choosy
