My husband got me a water color painting by a local Mississippi artist. It was the perfect gift because I love art and it was still paper. Try to be creative with the paper tradition!

Google the site where (for around $50.00) you can get a star named after her---you get an impressive paper packet including a certificate of authenticity and a map of the stars so you can find it. I think it's wonderfully romantic!
Or, concert tickets, plane tickets, or movie tickets are all paper, a gift cert to a day spa would be neat, too.
A paper copy of a weekend hotel reservation would be cool.
