Typically at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, and 12 months in the first year. Some places will also give the first Hepatitis B vaccine at birth. Typically there are 4-5 vaccinations at each visit.

Both my babies got the Vitamin K shot and Hep. B shot at the hospital when they were first born. Then they get a set of shots at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 2 years old. Then none until 4-6 years old. (But they do get checkups in between)
It is alot of shots but its quick and its for their health. My first daughter has gotten all her shots so far. She's not due till she hits 4. My second daughter is going for her 2 months shots in 2 weeks.

Lots and I personally have chose not to vaccinate my children. Not pushing my opinion on you but please look up some in for on Internet about that. That is an important decision your baby is counting on you to get right. God bless

As many as you want. I think the recommendations are like twenty by the age of two. You can choose which ones you want and which you think are not necessary.
