I work for an attorney, and the answer is HELL NO!
If you have the money to shell out for a good attorney, you're pretty much safe-you have a good chance.
The rich and famous (and why in the HELL is Paris Hilton famous? She doesn't really do much of anything!) get off easy, no?
Money buys you happiness and freedom. That's what it all comes down to!!
