His name is Scott Kazmir.

Jun 5 Eduardo A. Encina, of the St. Petersburg Times, reports Tampa Bay Devil Rays SP Scott Kazmir (3-3, 3.95) will start Wednesday, June 6, against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Doesn't look like a conflict to me.

OOOOHHH KASHMIR. Um, I think they should just split it three ways and be done.

Let the people of Kashmir establish an independent state, and allow them to choose affiliation as either Kashmir citizens, or citizens of either India or Pakistan residing in Kashmir. Similar to how the Vatican is an independent city-state, or Washington DC is an independent district of the U.S., and not under any state, so that it remains politically neutral.

The ground situation in Kashmir will not improve unless and until the Govt. of India or the State govt. (remember, it has the power to do so) revoke the draconian acts – Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and Public Safety Act (PSA). The government must ensure that errant troops involved in the humanitarian crimes should be brought to book so that others would learn a lesson
