i was just looking at volume 1 at best buy and looked and read the back and i was just curious is it worth buying or even watching?
how would you rate it on a scale of 1-10, 10 being awesome and 1 being horrible

I would say an 8 for the anime. I own the entire anime series, as well as the 4 movies, and only a few volumes of the manga. The anime is entertaining, but there are a lot of filler episodes and the ending leaves you hanging. As a result, I started reading the manga, and I couldn't get past two volumes because of the way the characters are drawn -- it's completely different from the anime. This might not bother you, but it really bugged me and it was rather irritating because it meant that I couldn't find out what happens next. I would definitely recommend it as long as you're aware what you're getting yourself into. (: Good luck.

the main cutting-edge episodes (describing Inuyasha and Kikyo's relationship) have been quite form of attractive, yet finally i think of Inuyasha and Kagome are extra effectual for an extra. What finally brought about Inu/Kikyo's downfall became into the undeniable fact that they in no way completely depended on one yet another. Kikyo's basically too distant. Kagome, besides the fact that, sees stable in almost all and sundry, and is swifter to have confidence people, alongside with Inuyasha.

I would give it a 15 cause it's awsome! The only bad thing about the anime is that it's a little repititive, but it has really good fight scenes, and I think it's really interesting. If I were you I would try to get the Animangas because their actually in color instead of regular black & white, but there about 11-12 dollars each. It's worth it though.

InuYasha is really good. I would have to say a ten at first. But how they ended the series, no way. That was a bad ending. They didn't even answer most of the questions.

I would rate it at 8. Good action scenes, a solid plot and entertaining characters.

it is very good even if it is nothing but a bunch of pointless violence
but i wouldn't recommend buying it since theres like 100 books in the series.

I would give it a 9! i really don't like anime's but this one really got to me and i loved it! some stuff i didn't like, like maybe a few boring episodes but i love the characters the action the love and its just great!

I've seem ALL the episodes, watched all four movies, and i believe its one of the best anime shows i've seen around. action, drama, comedy, adventure.
I highly recommend you buy the valume.
