What is outrageous is that I know a woman who served her full sentence in country jail, and this woman has chronic, terminal health problems. Her children had to go through a lot just to make sure she was able to get the medications she needs to take everyday to be able to function. She was not let out of jail on "medical reasons." I'm sure there are tons of other people who have medical problems and are in jail/prison. It is disgusting that the Sheriff even said Paris Hilton is still in custody. I don't care if she is wearing an ankle bracelet, she is living in pure comfort. It's 100% unfair.

I am so angry about this too! A medical reason come on. That girls only problem is that shes stupid. I think that the citizens of Cal. need to do something about that. If everybody writes letters of disapproval to the govenor and maybe the familys of ppl who are locked up with real health concerns contact the media about how sick their loved ones are and how they should be able to serve their time at home too maybe the judicial system will get the point!! This is so unacceptable!!

I won't get the ideal answer for this, yet i will preserve Paris. What she did, which maximum human beings do no longer undergo in suggestions, is topersistent very somewhat over the legal decrease. in many states it does not have been over the decrease. She have been given parole for that. Then she drove with a suspended license, which her legal professional advised her replaced into ok, and have been given pulled over and the using with a suspended license replaced right into a contravention of parole. I in basic terms watched a video clip of a suspected drug broking punching an undercover cop interior the face. He did no longer circulate to detention center for an afternoon. Paris went to detention center and did the comparable time that in basic terms approximately the different guy or woman could have achieved had they devoted the comparable crime. human beings do no longer even seem at what she's achieved or the way it compares to others, they simply desire her to go through because of the fact she's a spoiled heiress. human beings dedicate genuine crimes, crimes the place they intentionally injury human beings, and that they do no longer do the time that Paris did. I hate Paris Hilton for her skinny caught up self, yet honest is honest. She's getting the comparable punishment because of the fact the subsequent guy could.

The mistake was made by the judge for sentencing her to 45 days originally. If the average citizen did the same, it would have been maybe 3-4 days plus community service (picking up trash along the freeway). I don't like Paris at all, but the judge just wanted a name for himself.

Her release brings a system which is already in disrepute right down to its lowest level.

If you have money you can do anything. Ask a non elected president or OJ et al.

There are a lot of people in jails and prisons who are ill.
Some have severe medical problems and debilitating diseases.
Will they ALL be sent home as well?
I think not......
