since cumulative gpa is adding up all of my grades and divided by the total classes that I have.?

...then for instant if I have 13 classes taken in college so far, and retook 3 classes, will the 13 be a 10 instead for number of total classes, since it's the same 3 classes that I take and retook it for a better grade? this is for cumulative GPA.

retaking classes replaces the original grade from the class, so it would be 10.
