I think everyone, male or female, of any age, should keep a diary.
It's good to write your feelings and thoughts out. It's healthy, and a good habit to keep.
It lets you sort out your thoughts and your day, and allow you to look back to see your progress.

There's nothing wrong in keeping one.
Just keep it hidden from prying eyes!

=)

Of course not. I probably know more men who keep diaries and journals than women. There is a great book on journal writing by Julia Cameron called, "The Artist's Way." It's a good way to begin, especially if you have a lot of emotion you want to work out.

Just start writing. You don't even need a notebook. I've been known to write on old newspapers, napkins, menus.

Don't worry about complete sentences. A word here. A word there. Before you know it, you'll be expressing yourself in ways you never before thought possible.

Many men keep one. Perhaps often guys call it a journal rather than a diary.

The diary, as we know it today, was invented by a man. His name was Arkenisis, and he lived in Rome in 480BC. So, yes I guess its OK for a man.

It is not wrong. Anyone can have a diary as long as they want one. But don't go parading it around ok?;)

nope, I think if it helps you it is a very healthy thing....everybody needs an outlet and nobody should be looked down upon for what they choose as one....

Nope. And if it makes you feel better, you can call it a journal.
