All electromagnetic waves obey the equation c = lambda * frequency. c is the speed of light in vacuum and is constant usually. So if you have a bigger lambda which is wavelength, you have a shorter frequency. If you have a bigger frequency, you have a shorter wavelength. Usually there are ranges/charts in your textbook indicating the frequency of everything from infrared waves to radio waves to X-ray waves to gamma rays.

Commonality : Both are electromagnetic waves , meaning that they are generated by electric and magnetic fields which oscillate perpendicular to each other. So , in essence, they both travel at the same speed (viz ~ 3 * 10 ^8 m/s).
Difference : They differ in their wavelength (the distance between two consecutive crests i.e bumps or increase in feeling) and frequency( which is the number of times these bumps cross a given reference point).
Why do they still have the same speed ? The answer to that is that c = f (lambda) where f is the frequency and lambda is the wavelength. So, when f goes up(say) then lambda goes down hence maintaining the relation.

Light waves have much higher frequencies (same as saying that they have much shorter wavelengths). Otherwise, there is no real difference. A photon is a photon. A single radio photon carries a lot less energy than a light photon.
