burning a movie?

how do you burn a movie with audio_ts and video_ts?.....there is nero and roxio but you have to pay for them, do you have anything that is free that will work?

I use CloneDVD2. It is easy to use and relatively fast. It is not free but you can download a free trial. If you like it it is not very expensive.
