Shivering cold. I had an experience at 3 yrs old where I was locked inside of a loft (accidental) for several hours on a hot day and almost died. No, I don't like to be hot. I get dizzy.

It's seems that I'm cold all the time, but I'd rather be hot for the day, as long as my sweat doesn't smell.

Sweating hot. It's 95 out right now, and I'll take this over cold winter weather any day.

Sweating hot, because I seem to be able to moderate my body temp and body comfort more easily when I'm hot rather than cold.

well, in real life, i prefer cold weather because you can always put more clothes/blankets on where getting cool in the summer requires more energy.
however, having lived without heat before (bad budgeting...) i know what it really is like to be cold... and it's NOT fun.. so with the hypothetical of no relief from either, i'd pick hot. at least you can't get hypothermia from being too hot (just heatstroke..)

If you are shivering cold you can make yourself warmer, but if you are sweating hot then it is quite difficult to become cooler.
