I blame Sadaam for the Iraqi invasion. His arrogance and refusal to obey international law and a treaty he signed directly led to his ouster.

The American People can argue that they were misguided, which is true. The question is what are they going to do about it now that the genocide in Iraq has been proven to be caused by the US' addiction to oil.
Besides, you can't just blame Bush... the US has been invading poor countries since it stole half of Mexico in the 1840's. How should we look at the US population for supporting events from the theft of Mexico, Hawaii and the Philipines to the assasination of Arbenz, Mossadegh, Allende and the invasions of Viet Nam, Grenada and Haiti?

No we didn't.
In 2000 Gore won the popular vote and lost Florida only because the Republicans in charge removed Democrats from the voting lists.
In 2004 the computers elected Bush (and a lot of Democrats were again disenfranchised).
He wanted to go to war with Iraq even before he was elected.
When the Twin Towers fell, he immediately pressured his staff to pin it on Iraq, even though they tried to explain that Iraq wasn't responsible.
It's true that his approval numbers soared -- actually to 90% -- after 9/11.
They had started at near 50%, and been sinking, until we were attacked.
A lot of people simply supported him because they felt they had to when we were attacked. (I didn't, but 90% did in those first days.)
His approval has gone down ever since, except for a few minor blips.
It's not just that he's a nitwit, but that he has no conscience whatsoever. He's not only stupid and ignorant and arrogant, but he's utterly corrupt, and brutal and heartless.
We are NOT responsible for the torture and rape he ordered.
Or any of his unpopular actions -- he's been on the minority side of every issue.

I think voter apathy has a lot to do with politicians getting back in. When Blair got back in only 35% of the electorite voted, while the rest couldn't be bothered such was the distain for the lying bunch the Labour party are. Much the same happened with Bush. Most of the public now realise that not voting is no longer an option. The truth is if you don't want to be governed by a load of lying scum bags you have to vote!!!

it fairly is actual. yet he lied concerning the excuses for going to conflict so the yank human beings have been misinform. And, it fairly is questionable no remember if he fairly replaced into elected the 1st time or no longer. Al Gore gained the generally happening vote and in step with risk some unscrupulous happenings positioned Bush in the White abode. i'm happy to assert that I voted for him 0 cases and that i've got continually prevalent that he replaced right into a dim-witted cowboy. It would not take a genius to verify that.

I agree. We voted for George Bush and we are proud of it. The man has made mistakes but is not half a bad a President as the media would like to make him look.
Anyway, it is more likely that you will be thanking the American People, rather than blaming them.
Americans are the salt of the earth and the backbone of the world. Cowards like you will NEVER understand!

You are right about some things but wrong about all Americans being to blame because they did not know that he was a dim witted war baron.

Not all Americans deserve any of the blame. I don't. I didn't vote for him. I pleaded with people not to vote for him.
I truly believe that anyone who voted for Bush twice owes the rest of us an apology.
If you voted for him in 2000 and not in 2004, you proved that you learned from your mistake and you don't have to apologize.

By that argument, should we have blamed to entire German population after WWII for the Holocaust. They elected Hitler at one point, so I guess, by your reasoning, it was their fault.
Jahpson- your right, it's like in South Park, we get to choose between a douche and a turd sandwich.

I'm American and frankly I agree. We really shouldn't have elected him. Did you know that he once referred to Africa as a country? What an intellectual, huh?

I won't even get into the election part of the thing, we know we got duped with no question. However Bush is to blame plain and simple. I am just happy I didn't vote for the POS.
