Of course she's receiving preferential treatment. Who on earth thought otherwise. Got money you don't have to do the time. That's our lovely judicial system. They shouldn't have wasted the paper used to hand down the punishment, it was only a hoax anyway.
What's her ailment? Can't get her booze and drugs in jail? Really? What cruel and unusual punishment. Wonder why the ACLU wasn't there helping her **** out?
She's a spoiled rotten s.l.u.t and w.h.o.r.e who hasn't done an honest days work or honest contribution to society.
Why on earth is she front page news? That's what gets me. She should only be on the front page of WHORES ON PARADE. Along with the other whiny cry baby spoiled douche bag celebrities.
Remember is you don't have the bling the courts won't hear a thing.

I don't know what's worse...prison authorities falling for this whiny, spoiled little rich brat's "sickness", or the wide media coverage devoted to this little tart. Violating probation by failing a sobriety test, because she was weaving on the road...and all she got was 45 days? Around here, you would have gotten 3 months minimum. My greatest joy was watching her sobbing in the back of that car...Do your time, and deal with it, your highness...you'll be out partying and drunk driving in less than a month. Maybe you'll kill someone next time...and you can whine and cry about how it's not fair they they didn't get out of your way...

Paris Hilton is a plague on humanity. I can't believe they let her out.. "house arrest" will be sooo traumatic for someone like her who can have anything she wants brought to her at the drop of a hat. (sarcasm) Where is the justice?!?!?! I guess as long as your a rich spoiled little whore it's OK to drive drunk and endanger other peoples lives.

Her Physch. told the sheriff that she was not dealing with jail well ...from a mental perspective. It is not supposed to be comfortable and easily accepted, that is why it is supposed to deter crime. What a bunch of idiots. She is just a whiny, snotty nosed brat.

she was feeling nauseous since she didn't have booze for 3 days, plus she had bad hair day so all these added up to "potential medcial condition" that requires her to leave the cell.
and she also took Sarah Silverman's comment literally and ended up loosing 2 teeth

she's gross.
even being from LA i think that. (i had to put this in because i saw somebody below me implying that this is just how things always are in los angeles.)
but really though, i've seen her before. she wanted to hook up with my friend who's only 16 years old! something is really wrong with her though, have you seen footage of her checking herself in a mirror every 5 seconds? it's unbelievable!
i know the fact that i'm ranting about her just sparks more attention, but whatever.
i wish she'd just kinda...go away. just out of the spotlight. i'm really damn sick of her.

She's been spoiled her entire life, this ain't a surprise to me. What will surprise me is seeing her celebrate her 30th birthday. She's on a path that is rife with pain and suffering.
