You can use a liquid laundry detergent or Woolite liquid, to wash blankets & comforters. Do not dry them in a hot dryer. Dry them in a medium heated dryer or on the permanent press cycle & use softener sheets or liquid softener. Use the permanent press cycle when washing them too. As for rugs, wash them in warm water & laundry detergent & dry on medium heat, because of the rubber backing on the rug. The shower curtain can be washed alone in hot water & add just a little bit of Clorox in the bleach dispenser at the beginning of the wash cycle. This will help sanitize it. Yes, you can put it in the dryer just long enough to remove some of the moisture & wrinkles. Remove from dryer & hang it back up. I spray my shower curtain well, with Lysol (Linen Scent) after I hang it back up.

For comforters and blanket would need to be sent to the laundry for dry cleaning. Whereas, doormats, bathroom screens which are made of plastic can be washed with detergent and water at home.

Wash them with cool water and bleach. Because of the rubber backing, do not put in dryer, hang on the line until dry. Why have them at all? Bathroom floor mats always look yucky, like toilet tank coverings. Why not go with nothing on floors, except a step-out mat by the shower or tub, that is only on the floor during use? Your bathroom will look and smell a lot cleaner!

Comforters and blankets can be washed and dried if the tag doesn't state dry clean only. I'm not sure what you mean by a screen but plastic doesn't do well in the washer. If they are too difficult to do inside, take them outside and hose them clean.

Here are some suggestions:
Wash comforters and blankets in separate loads and by themselves for better water and detergent circulation. You can use ordinary detergent, but add white vinegar to the rinse water to set dyes especially if they were made in China or SE Asia.
Dry blankets and comforters in the dryer along with tennis balls in separate loads. The balls help circulate the air and help them dry faster. You can add fabric softener sheets to reduce static electricity. Look at the fiber content to determine the heat setting, if there is over 50% cotton, do not use high heat as the fiber will shrink.
Mats and vinyl shower curtains can be washed but are better not to be put into the dryer as some will melt. Use white vinegar in the rinse water to remove hard water stains and soap scum. Once removed from the washer, a blow dryer can be used to remove wrinkles. Shower curtains that are hung back on the rod first make the wrinkles come out easier.

you can use ordinary detergent to wash blankets and comforters. you can dry them, but only if the label allows. if the label says line dry, dryong in a dryer will damage them. bath mats can also be machine washed and dried. i have no clue what your bathroom screen is, i'm sorry.

comforters & blankets can be done with a washer & dryer
I clean carpets & mats with a vaccum cleaner. If they become too dirty... I discard & change them.
U can wipe a the bathroom screens with a towel dipped in mild soap + water.
