I'm really sad right now, I told people about my problem, and all they did was laugh at me.

they didn't actually laugh, what they did was point out there are a whole lot of other things in the world far more important than a gun and that perhaps it's time to reevaluate how lucky you are to have those things instead of worrying about whether or not you have some toy.

eventually you would lose interest in the toy and it would be cast aside, but if you're lucky you'll still have your parents.

for those who don't you can understand i'm sure how aggrivating it is to hear someone cry about a toy and claim to hate their parents. especially since most would give anything (toy or otherwise) to have those parents back.

sorry if you took those (and my) post to be uncaring or cruel but hopefully someday when you grow up you'll understand just how rediculous this discussion is. and hopefully when that day comes you'll still be able to give your parents a big hug and realize how lucky you are to be able to do so.

It is a very good thing that you can say how you feel.

It is sad that the people you trusted to talk to just laughed at you. Some people laugh when they feel nervous...maybe they didn't know how to respond properly. Since you regarded them as friends, give them the benefit of doubt just this once.

You can call any hotline for help. If you happen to pick one that doesn't offer the services you need, ask them to help you by redirecting you to a better source of help.

People here at Yahoo Answers are so willing to help you through this because so many of us have felt the way you do now. Suicide will not resolve what is troubling you, so hang in and try to feel encouraged by all the good things people are saying to help you. You are worth it!

You went to the wrong people if they laughed at you. It may be time to tell a school counselor, or close family member about your problems. I think many will agree with me when I say that suicide is never the answer because sadness and problems pass with time.

First off I know how you feel, but what I cannot tell is what your problem is about. About other people laughing, is a common rude action that happens in the world. In my opinion, laughing at someone for a pointless reason, is one of the most stupidest actions out there. If you don't get along with the people who laughed at you about your problem, they are immature, rude, retarted, and dirt. Most people who laugh at someone over their problems are lowlives and fake "bigshots" anyway. Your best thing to do, is disrespect them back.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Some people just don't have any class. Suicide is not the answer! I've foolishy tried it. Think of the pain that it would cause everyone who loves you, no matter how they have treated you recently. It's hard, but if I can do it, you can do it. I'll keep you in my prayers.

If you are truly suicidal, you won't be in here telling us; there's a lot of things you can use to end your life.

You know meditation can heal people with ticks in their heads. You can find a good chair to sit on and start asking yourself who you are and what you want in life and what you can do to achieve it. Try it. It works.

Never-mind!! I posted something thoughtful until I read what you felt "bad" about.. What's the matter w/ you? You're upset over a toy? Hmm... You should be suicidal at the fact that your emotions are governed by inanimate objects.

You place far too much importance on the opinions of others.
Find your own good opinion and stick to that.
