If you want to delete from your sent folder, click the box next to the email you want to delete and click delete.
If you want to delete an email you sent from recipients email in box, sorry, you cant do that unless you know thier password and username.

You can't keep them from reading it. You can delete the record that you sent it but not from the other person's inbox.
