Besides the dragon part I think Palkia would be stronger bc it's a water type and water is strong against steel. which dialga is a steel dragon

Looking through psypoke.com at a quick glance,
Dialga - Dragon/Steel. has two weakness and bunch of resistances and immune to poison.
Palkia - Dragon/water only has one weakness and 3 resistances.
In terms of stats, not that much of a difference, maybe 4 points in between.

It depends if u like space choose Palkia if u like time choose Dialga but my favorite is Dialga.

they're both pretty rad d00d i personally like Palkia better cuz its pinkie/purple colored hehe...
